Built on trust, not traffic

Rental Reputation is designed so that the only thing that improves a profile is better behaviour — not a bigger budget. Here's exactly how it works.

How we protect the integrity of every review

Human moderation, not algorithms

Every flagged review is reviewed by a human before any action is taken. Flagging a review does not remove it — it puts it in a queue. We dismiss flags that don't meet our guidelines and action the ones that do.

Property-linked verification

Anyone can review a building or unit. To review a landlord, agent, or building manager, you need to prove you were actually connected to one of their properties — a lease, a utility bill, or a move-in confirmation. This is what 'verified reviewer' means.

Payment never changes ratings

A paid plan changes what a profile manager can do — not what the public sees. It cannot remove, reorder, or soften any review. Promoted placements are clearly labelled in separate slots and never mixed with organic content.

Reviews are preserved, not deleted

When a review is flagged and actioned, it transitions to a new state (hidden, under review) rather than being deleted. The full audit trail is kept. Hard deletion is reserved for a narrow set of legal situations — spam cleanup, takedown orders, and right-to-erasure requests — and is never the default.
