Claim your profile
If you manage a building, work as a landlord or agent, run an owners corporation, or sit in a building-manager role — you can claim your profile and respond to reviews. Claiming is free.
Fair to both sides
Reviewed parties can claim profiles for free, correct core details, and respond publicly. They cannot remove genuine negative reviews.
What claiming gives you
A public right of reply
Respond to any review on your profile. Your response sits next to the review with your name attached. Reviewers cannot edit your response; you cannot edit theirs.
Profile management
Update display name, contact information, areas served, and other public profile fields. We preserve a public history of changes for transparency.
Profile analytics
See aggregate views, follower counts, response rates, and recent-period activity. Per-renter identity is never shown — aggregate counts only.
Notifications when there's a new review
Email and in-app alert when someone reviews you or a property you manage. Respond promptly to lift the response-rate component of your score.
How claiming works
1. Find your profile
Search for the building, agency, or your name. If it doesn't exist yet, you can request it (we won't bulk-create human-target profiles).
2. Submit a claim
Use the Claim button on the profile. You'll be asked for evidence — typically a business email, a CAV agent licence number, or other proof that you are the right person to manage the profile.
3. Admin verification
An admin reviews your claim privately. We may contact you to confirm details. Most claims are decided within one to three business days.
4. Manage and respond
Approved claims unlock the manage dashboard at /manage. From there you can respond to reviews, update profile fields, and (on paid tiers) configure scorecard distribution assets.
Paid plans, optional
Claiming is free. Paid plans (Starter A$49 / Professional A$99 / Portfolio A$299 per month) unlock distribution tools — scorecard badges for your email signature, QR codes for inspections, multi-variant scorecard images, and analytics exports. They do not affect reviews, ratings, moderation, or organic ranking.
