What to include in your email

  • A short description of what you're trying to do.
  • If it's about a specific profile or review: the profile URL or the review ID (visible to logged-in users).
  • Your account email if you have an account, so we can match the request quickly.
  • Anything time-sensitive — for example, if you have a dispute open with a 14-day deadline approaching.

Rental Reputation is operated from Australia. We respond in Australian business hours (AEST/AEDT). For urgent legal matters that cannot wait for email, please mark the subject line URGENT — LEGAL.
